Returns & Exchanges
*Thank you for shopping with Prime and Proper. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.
*Please contact our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt.
*To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be in their original condition, with original packaging, unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags. The panty protective strip/liner MUST be intact.
*Due to health regulations, merchandise that has been soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Prime and Proper's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
*We suggest to inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package, please contact us immediately, so we can correct any problems.
*We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. Please return your full priced items for a refund, and place a new order for your desired items. You will not incur shipping and handling fees on your new order.
*All International orders are FINAL SALE. We cannot accommodate returns for International orders at this time.
*Original Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
*Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
*Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and exchanges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
*Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
